These traditional paddy varieties were grown across Tamil Nadu for centuries before modern hybrids replaced them. Each one has its own taste, colour and traditional use — some for strength, some for new mothers, some simply for the best biryani you will ever make. We grow them the traditional way: organic manure, no chemical pesticides, no chemical fertilizers. When you buy from us, you buy directly from the farmer who grew it.
